About me
I currently serve as the Dean of Wisconsin Rapids Campus and Schools of Applied Technology & General Education at Mid-State Technical College in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. In my role, I collaborate with faculty, secondary partners, and industry leaders to strengthen career and technical education pathways that support student success and meet regional workforce needs. My work focuses on building connections between secondary and postsecondary education through dual credit, work-based learning, and program development aligned with industry demand.
My professional background includes leadership in both academic and technical programs, faculty development, and workforce-focused initiatives within the Wisconsin Technical College System. I work closely with educators and emerging leaders who are navigating the transition from teaching into CTE leadership roles.
The perspective I bring to this session comes from my experience working across secondary and postsecondary systems while supporting faculty and new administrators as they develop their leadership voice. I am passionate about helping emerging CTE leaders understand how to navigate complex educational systems, build strong partnerships, and lead programs that positively impact students and their communities.
